5L Turnkey Rotary Evaporator Kit

The HNZXIB RE-501 combines a 5L evaporating flask, 3L receiving flask, SHZ-D(III) vacuum pump and DLSB10/10 chiller in one 110V package. It is built for laboratory staff who need a complete distillation system for concentration and purification of heat-sensitive biological samples.

Corrosion-Resistant Build and Manual Lift

A stainless steel chassis, column and vertical shaft with aluminum alloy castings resist chemical attack. PTFE and fluoro rubber seals maintain vacuum integrity while the screw-rod manual lift provides 0-150mm of vertical travel for flask positioning. High borosilicate glassware and a double backflow condenser complete the fluid path.

Stepless Speed and Bath Control

The 40W motor delivers stepless speed regulation from 0 to 120 r/min while the 1500W water/oil bath holds temperature within ±1°C. Vacuum reaches 0.098M pa to lower boiling points, and the refrigerated circulating chiller removes solvent vapour efficiently during normal operation.
