50L Jacketed Glass Reactor

The HNZXIB S-50L is a 50-litre double-layer glass reactor designed for laboratory synthesis, bio-pharmaceutical work and new material preparation. It operates on a 110V 50/60Hz supply and uses an electric stir motor with a PTFE agitator and universal joint. The GG17 high-borosilicate glass construction provides high transparency for visual reaction monitoring and strong chemical resistance. A stainless steel SUS304 frame supports the vessel.

Replaces single-layer vessels

This reactor upgrades from single-wall glassware by adding a jacketed interlayer that circulates thermal media for precise heating or cooling. The jump is worth it when reactions require stable temperature control across a wide range, from high-temperature oil circulation to low-temperature freezing liquid cycles. The 120W gear motor delivers 0–600 rpm stirring with a maximum of 1300 rpm and 1500 g·cm torque, driven through a 12 mm shaft. A reserved glass thermometer casing allows direct solution temperature measurement.

Vacuum and thermal limits

The double-layer design enables stirring under vacuum or negative pressure in the inner layer while the jacket manages thermal transfer.
