Scale and purpose

This 1/72 scale diecast model reproduces the Douglas A-20G Havoc "Little Chief" as flown by the 321st Bombardment Squadron in 1944. It is aimed at adult collectors and military-history enthusiasts who want an accurate representation of a specific United States Army Air Forces aircraft.

Detail under inspection

The model features realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels and surface details that hold up to close examination. An opening canopy reveals a pilot figure inside, and the diecast metal and plastic construction gives the piece a heavy, realistic feel without fragility.

Build and display

A supplied display stand allows the aircraft to be shown in a flying attitude straight from the officially licensed, unopened packaging. The true-to-scale detail and durable materials mean the model can be handled for photography or study without risk of bending delicate parts.
