Scale and subject

This 1/72 scale diecast model replicates the Lockheed F-16AM Fighting Falcon wearing Ukrainian Air Force markings UA24-3596. It is an officially licensed collectible aimed at adult enthusiasts of modern military aviation history.

Construction and durability

The airframe combines diecast metal with plastic parts to deliver a heavy, realistic feel while preserving fine panel lines and rivet detail. Materials are chosen for long-term display stability rather than repeated handling, so the finish resists fading under normal indoor conditions.

Display setup and common issues

The model ships in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging with a dedicated display stand included. An opening canopy adds interior interest but the hinge is delicate; forcing it can stress the surrounding fuselage. The landing gear legs are pre-fitted and not designed for removal, so gear-up display is not practical.

Questions about this item

Does the diecast model generate any noise, heat or power draw when displayed all day?

No — it is a static 1/72 scale diecast replica with no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no sound, heat or power consumption.

What additional items are required to display the model straight from the box?

Nothing extra is needed; the model includes an integrated display stand and arrives in the manufacturer’s original unopened packaging ready to exhibit.

Will the 8.25-inch length and 5.25-inch wingspan fit alongside older 1/72 aircraft models on the same shelf?

Yes — it is built to true 1/72 scale, so its dimensions match other 1/72 diecast aircraft for consistent shelf presentation.
