Product Identity

The Hoffmaster HFM TC8704472 is a disposable paper tray mat sized at 14 by 19 inches and supplied in cartons of 1000 pieces. It is intended for food-service operators who need a hygienic barrier between trays and tableware during high-volume meal service.

Sustained Service Performance

The embossed scalloped-edge design maintains its structure throughout extended meal periods without tearing or shifting on the tray. Each mat provides consistent surface protection from the first setting to the last, reducing the need for mid-service replacements in busy cafeterias or catering lines.

Material Hygiene and Disposal

Made entirely from paper with a paper backing, the mats absorb light condensation and food residue while remaining flat on tabletops. After use they can be discarded directly, eliminating laundering labour and supporting rapid table turnover in institutional dining environments.

Questions about this item

Will the 14 x 19 inch paper mats curl or warp from steam or heat on a busy serving line all day?

The mats are flat paper sheets without coating, so prolonged steam exposure can cause edges to curl; they are designed for single-use tray service rather than continuous high-heat environments.

Do I need a specific 14 x 19 inch tray for these mats to fit properly?

Yes, the mats measure 14 inches wide by 19 inches long and are cut for rectangular trays of that exact footprint.

Can I stack these white embossed mats with older coloured tray liners without the edges catching?

The scalloped edges nest cleanly, so they stack smoothly with other rectangular liners of the same 14 x 19 size regardless of colour or pattern.
