Right Pedestal Credenza 72 Inch

The HON 10545RNN is a single-pedestal credenza from the 10500 Series finished in mahogany laminate. It provides a right-hand box/file drawer configuration and a full-height modesty panel for a clean, professional workspace. The unit suits private offices or open-plan layouts needing dedicated filing and surface space.

Sustained Daily Use

Thermally fused woodgrain laminate resists abrasion, stains and moisture through continuous workplace activity. Steel ball-bearing suspensions allow the file drawer to extend fully and the box drawer three-quarters without binding over repeated cycles. Level 2 and ANSI/BIFMA compliance confirm structural durability for long-term service.

Upgrade From Smaller Units

This credenza replaces smaller desks or mobile pedestals when a 72-inch-wide worksurface and integrated right-hand filing are required. The jump is worth it for users who need high drawer sides for hanging files and a HON One Key removable lock for quick re-keying. It does not suit buyers who want a left-hand pedestal or a double-pedestal configuration.

Questions about this item

Does the 10545RNN credenza generate any noise or heat during all-day use?

The unit is a static laminate desk with steel ball-bearing drawer slides; it has no moving parts, fans or power draw, so it produces no audible noise or measurable heat.

What existing furniture or components must I already own for this right pedestal credenza to function?

Nothing is required — the 10545RNN is a complete, free-standing 72-inch wide desk with its own full-height modesty panel and integrated box/file pedestal.

Will the 29.5-inch high mahogany laminate top align with older HON 10500 Series returns or bridges I already have?

Yes — the 10545RNN shares the 10500 Series 29.5-inch worksurface height, square-edge profile and thermally fused woodgrain laminate, so it matches existing 10500 components.
