Mobile pedestal with Brigade 800 pulls

This HON 33720RL mobile pedestal file fits beneath worksurfaces in office environments. It provides one file drawer and two box drawers for letter-size documents and supplies. The putty steel finish matches existing HON Brigade 800 Series lateral files. Locking drawers secure contents when unattended.

Suits offices needing lockable under-desk storage

Buyers who want front-to-back letter filing with high-sided drawers will benefit from the 90 percent extension file suspension. The counterweight prevents tipping when multiple drawers open. Those needing deeper drawers, more than two box drawers, or a different pull style should look at other configurations.

28.00 x 15.00 x 19.88 inch footprint

Fixed front casters and swivel rear casters allow controlled positioning under desks. Ball-bearing suspension on the file drawer gives 90 percent extension while roller suspension on box drawers gives 75 percent extension. The HON One Key interchangeable lock core enables keyed-alike setups across multiple units.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 28.00 inch height leave under a 29-1/2 inch worksurface?

The pedestal stands 28.00 inches tall, so it fits beneath a 29-1/2 inch high worksurface with roughly 1-1/2 inches of clearance.

What drawer extensions do the ball-bearing and roller suspensions deliver?

The file drawer uses ball-bearing suspension for 90 percent extension, while the two box drawers use roller suspension for 75 percent extension.

Will the fixed front and swivel rear casters let me roll the 15.00 inch wide unit into a tight corner?

Fixed front casters keep the pedestal tracking straight, and swivel rear casters allow tight turns, so the 15.00 inch wide unit manoeuvres easily into corners.
