Mobile Pedestal with Three Drawers

The HON 33723RS mobile pedestal file provides two box drawers for supplies and one file drawer for letter-size folders. Its steel construction is engineered for heavy daily use in office environments. The unit measures 22.88 inches deep, 15 inches wide and 28 inches high. It arrives fully assembled and rolls on casters for flexible placement.

Suits Individual Workstations.

This pedestal fits beside a desk for quick access to active records and personal items. Buyers who need more storage than three drawers provide, or who require a locking system not described in the specifications, should consider other configurations. The charcoal finish coordinates with Brigade 800 Series lateral files for a consistent appearance.

22.88-Inch Depth Determines Desk Clearance

The 22.88-inch depth is the critical dimension for planning aisle space and desk overhang. Verify that the footprint matches the available floor area before ordering. The 15-inch width and 28-inch height complete the envelope needed for layout decisions.

Questions about this item

How deep is the 33723RS pedestal and will it fit under a standard 28-inch-high desk?

The unit measures 22.88 inches deep, 15 inches wide and 28 inches high, so it aligns with a typical 28-inch desk clearance.

Does the 33723RS require any assembly or mounting hardware to install?

The mobile pedestal arrives fully assembled on casters; simply roll it into position and lock the wheels — no tools or brackets are needed.

What is the correct way to load the file drawer so the pedestal does not tip forward?

Load the bottom file drawer first with the heaviest files, then fill the two upper box drawers; this keeps the centre of gravity low and prevents tipping.
