Mobile Pedestal for HON Worksurfaces

The HON 33820RS mobile pedestal fits beneath standard HON Initiate, 38000 Series and 29.50" high worksurfaces. Its 19.88" depth and two file drawers provide letter-size filing in a charcoal finish that matches Brigade 800 Series lateral files. The freestanding unit rolls on fixed front casters and swivel rear casters for easy positioning under a desk.

Drawer Extension and Filing Limits

Each file drawer uses ball-bearing suspension with 90 percent extension, allowing access to most of the drawer depth. High-sided drawers include two crossrails for front-to-back letter-size hanging folders. A counterweight prevents tipping when both drawers are opened together, and the HON One Key interchangeable lock core secures the contents.

Compatibility Checks Before Ordering

Confirm the worksurface height is 29.50" or compatible with HON Initiate and 38000 Series desks so the 28.00" tall pedestal clears the underside. Verify the 15.00" width and 19.88" depth fit the available floor space. Buyers needing box drawers, legal-size filing or a deeper pedestal should consider other configurations.
