What it is

The HON Fuse HAUFHR15N is a 15 undermount cubby designed for home or corporate offices. It mounts flush beneath a worksurface to save floor space and moves with height-adjustable desks. A right-handed lockable door secures personal items and work supplies.

What the accessories change

Fuse Workplace Tools hang from the side of the unit and are sold separately. They provide quick access to smaller personal items while freeing internal space for larger objects. Mounting screws are included with the cubby for installation.

Who this suits

This unit suits workers who want secure, off-floor storage that travels with a sit-stand desk. It is not for buyers who need a freestanding cabinet, a left-handed door orientation, or integrated lighting and power outlets.

Questions about this item

Will the lock cylinder on the right-handed door need periodic lubrication?

The cubby includes a lockable door with a standard cylinder; a light application of dry PTFE lubricant once a year keeps the mechanism smooth without attracting dust.

What stops the mounting screws from loosening when the height-adjustable desk cycles up and down all day?

The unit mounts flush to the underside of the worksurface with the supplied screws, so the fasteners move with the desk and maintain clamping force through every height change.

Does the steel shell transmit noticeable vibration or heat when the desk motor runs for hours?

The cubby is a passive steel enclosure with no moving parts or electronics, so it adds no operational noise, vibration or heat during extended desk use.
