Credenza for Home and Small Office

The HON P3231NS Metro Series kneespace credenza fits home and small-office environments with a 60-inch wide, 24-inch deep footprint. A durable laminate top resists daily wear while the Mahogany and Charcoal finish suits professional settings. Two pedestals provide four drawers configured as box and file on each side.

Sustained Use and Organisation

High-sided file drawers operate on full-extension triple-tied cradles with spring-loaded follower blocks for consistent access to heavy files. Box drawers extend three-quarters on nylon rollers for frequent supply retrieval. The 3/4-height modesty panel maintains privacy during long work sessions.

Compatibility Checks Before Ordering

Verify that the 60-inch width and 24-inch depth suit the intended floor space and allow drawer clearance. Confirm the 29-1/2-inch height aligns with existing desk or return heights. Wire grommets support cable routing for standard office equipment. The unit pairs with Metro Classic stack-on shelves and articulating keyboard platforms.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the P3231NS credenza produce when used all day?

The Metro Series credenza has no moving parts or power supply, so it generates no heat and makes no noise during continuous use.

What existing furniture or parts are required for the P3231NS to function?

It works as a standalone double-pedestal credenza; no additional units are needed, though it accepts the Metro Classic stack-on shelf and articulating keyboard platform if desired.

Will the 60w x 24d P3231NS align with older HON Metro Classic desks I already own?

Yes — it shares the Metro Classic series dimensions and laminate finish, so it matches existing Metro Classic pieces for a consistent layout.
