Direct thermal label printer

This desktop printer uses direct thermal technology so no ink, toner or ribbon is required. It prints on continuous or die-cut labels up to 0.59 in wide and 19.68 ft long. A rechargeable battery powers the unit for a full month on a single charge. An auto-cutter with spooler trims each label automatically.

Mobile app operation only

The printer connects via USB and is controlled entirely through a companion app that offers 40 fonts, 30 frames and 450 plus icons with no fees or registration. Users who prefer a built-in keyboard, standalone printing or PC driver support should consider a different model.

64 MB flash memory

Onboard flash storage of 64 MB holds label templates and graphics for offline printing. If your workflow requires larger onboard storage or network connectivity, this specification may limit the printer for your needs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Honeywell E10green label printer and what step is often missed?

Connect the printer to a computer using the USB interface, then load the 0.59 in continuous or die-cut label tape so it feeds through the auto-cutter spooler; the step users miss is seating the roll fully against the spooler guide so the cutter engages cleanly.

What maintenance or replacement will the Honeywell E10green need over time?

The direct thermal printhead requires no ink or ribbon; only the laminated label rolls — waterproof, oil-proof, anti-scratch and heat-resistant — need replacing when the 19.68 ft supply runs out.

What limit appears first during sustained printing on the Honeywell E10green?

The 64 MB flash memory caps the number of stored label templates; once full, new designs must overwrite old ones before the next print job can start.
