Rugged 1D/2D scanner for logistics

The Honeywell Granit 1991i reads both 1D and 2D barcodes and ships with a cradle, USB cable, AC adapter and a tested battery. It connects via USB, RS-232 or Keyboard Wedge and also offers Bluetooth wireless operation. The unit weighs 1.5 lbs and is built for demanding warehouse or retail environments.

Check host ports and power before ordering

Verify that your workstation or terminal provides a free USB, RS-232 or Keyboard Wedge port matching the scanner’s interface options. Ensure the AC adapter can reach a mains outlet for cradle charging and confirm your software accepts standard HID or COM input. No drivers are mentioned in the supplied data.

Low heat and silent operation on battery

The scanner runs on its internal battery during mobile use and charges in the cradle, so it produces no fan noise and negligible heat. Typical power draw is limited to the charging cycle and brief scan bursts. The 1.5 lb weight reduces operator fatigue during extended shifts.

Questions about this item

Does the Granit 1991i package include a cradle and power supply, or do I need to order them separately?

You receive the 1991i scanner with battery, the CCB02-100BT cradle, a USB cable and an AC adapter in one box.

Should I choose the 1991ISR-3-N or the CCB02-100BT-07N-N part number for a USB and Bluetooth setup?

Both part numbers refer to the same kit — scanner, cradle, USB cable and AC adapter — so either works for USB and Bluetooth.

How does the 1.5 lb weight feel during all-day scanning on a warehouse floor?

At 1.5 lbs the unit stays light enough for continuous handheld use while the rugged housing survives repeated drops.
