Honeywell Miller AirCore 2XL/3XL Harness

This full-body vest-style harness fits workers in the 2XL/3XL size range and supports a weight capacity of 400 lb. Quick-connect buckles on both chest and leg straps speed up donning and doffing on the job site. The green polyester construction uses Honeywell's AirCore series design for fall-protection applications. Aluminum D-rings at the back and chest provide certified attachment points.

Sustained load behavior

Under continuous fall-arrest loading the harness distributes force across the vest-style frame and both D-ring locations to meet ANSI Z359.11 and CSA Z259.10 requirements. Quick-connect hardware remains locked during prolonged suspension without requiring re-tightening. The 400 lb capacity rating applies to the complete assembly including the aluminum D-rings and polyester webbing. OSHA 1926.502 compliance is maintained throughout the service life when inspected per the standard.

Upgrade path and fit limits

This harness replaces older single-D-ring or pass-through-buckle models where faster connection and dual attachment points are required. The 2XL/3XL sizing covers workers who exceed standard XL measurements but does not fit smaller frames. Buyers needing a smaller size range or a different D-ring configuration such as hip or frontal rings must select another model. The green colour option is the only finish offered in this series.
