AirCore S/M Harness 400 lb Capacity
The Honeywell Miller AirCore full body harness in S/M size supports a 400 lb weight capacity for climbing and positioning work. Quick-Connect buckles on the chest and leg straps allow fast donning and removal. Padding on the legs, shoulders and torso adjustment cam improves comfort during extended wear. A steel back D-ring plus chest and hip D-rings provide multiple attachment points.
Thermals Noise and Power Draw
This is a passive safety harness with no electrical components, fans or power requirements. It produces no operational noise and generates no heat during use. The lightweight AirCore construction reduces physical burden on the wearer compared to heavier webbing designs. RFID equipment tracking is integrated without a battery.
Replaces Older Vest Harnesses
The Quick-Connect buckle system replaces older pass-through or tongue buckles that take longer to fasten and adjust. Integrated padding on the legs, shoulders and torso replaces separate pad accessories that can shift or be forgotten. The 400 lb rating covers users with tools and gear where lighter-duty harnesses would be insufficient. Buyers who need a larger size range or a different D-ring configuration should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item
How do I fit the cam torso adjustment on the Honeywell Miller AirCore harness and what is the step users often miss?
Loosen the cam buckle, pull the shoulder straps until the dorsal D-ring sits between the shoulder blades, then lock the cam down; the missed step is re-checking the chest strap height after the torso is set.
Which parts of the S/M harness will need inspection or replacement after a fall or heavy daily use?
Inspect all steel D-rings, Quick-Connect buckles, leg and shoulder padding, and the cam adjustment for deformation, corrosion or frayed webbing; replace the entire harness after any fall arrest event.
What is the first limitation reached when a 400 lb worker is suspended in this harness for an extended period?
The 400 lb weight capacity is the limiting factor; once the combined user weight and tools approach that rating the harness must not be used for fall arrest or prolonged positioning.
