20-pack HP 12c for professional use

This bundle supplies twenty HP 12c financial calculators for classrooms, training firms or offices that equip multiple users at once. Each unit delivers over 120 built-in functions covering TVM, NPV, IRR, cash flows, amortisation and depreciation. The single-line LCD shows 10 characters and runs on one CR2032 cell with power-off memory protection. Permitted for CFP, CFA and GARP FRM exams.

Sustained daily operation

The calculator draws negligible power from its CR2032 battery so it runs for months of continuous desk use without a change. Power-off memory protection retains stored registers and program steps when the unit is switched off between sessions. The 20 memory registers and 120 functions handle repetitive financial modelling without slowdown. No thermal or throttling behaviour applies to this class of device.

Simple deployment

Every calculator ships with its battery fitted and a protective pouch so each of the 20 units is ready to hand out immediately. The RPN entry system and clearly labelled keys reduce typing errors but require familiarity with reverse Polish notation. Users accustomed to algebraic entry may need a short adjustment period. No software installation or driver configuration is involved.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 1 CR2032 battery draw when the HP 12c runs all day?

The calculator uses a single CR2032 cell and has power-off memory protection, so data stays safe during long sessions.

What else must I already own for the 20-unit bundle to work out of the box?

Each unit ships with its battery and pouch installed, so no extra accessories are required to start calculating.

Can the 10-character LCD and RPN entry on these HP 12c models replace the older 12C Platinum I still use?

Both use the same RPN system and 10-character display, so muscle memory and existing keystroke routines transfer directly.
