Lightweight 14" notebook with AMD A9-9425

This HP 14 notebook weighs little and fits a 14 inch HD display into a compact silver chassis. The dual-core AMD A9-9425 processor reaches 3.7 GHz turbo frequency with 1 MB L2 cache. Integrated AMD Radeon R5 graphics drive the 1366 x 768 panel. Windows 10 Pro S Mode ships pre-installed for managed environments.

Verify memory ceiling and storage headroom

The system includes 8 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory running at 2400 MHz and supports up to 32 GB total. Confirm whether the single 128 GB NVMe PCIe SSD meets your local file needs or if cloud storage will supplement it. The 720p webcam, HDMI output and microSD card reader cover basic conferencing and media transfer without extra dongles.

Replaces slower hard-drive ultraportables

Moving from a mechanical-drive 14 inch laptop to this NVMe configuration cuts boot and app-launch times dramatically. The jump is worth it when daily workloads stay within web browsing, document editing and streaming video. Buyers who need discrete graphics, higher colour-accuracy panels or multi-terabyte local libraries should look elsewhere.
