HP 14 laptop AMD A9-9425

This HP 14 laptop is a compact notebook built around a dual-core AMD A9-9425 processor that reaches 3.7GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVMe SSD, running Windows 10 Pro S Mode on a 14-inch HD display.

Check your software and peripherals

Windows 10 Pro S Mode only installs applications from the Microsoft Store unless you switch out of S Mode, so verify that your required programs are available there or that you are prepared to change the setting. Confirm that any external monitors or projectors you use accept HDMI input, as that is the sole video output on this unit.

Upgrade from slower storage or less memory

The 256GB NVMe SSD replaces a traditional hard drive or smaller solid-state drive, cutting boot and load times for everyday tasks. The 8GB of DDR4 memory at 2400MHz steps up from 4GB configurations, letting you keep more browser tabs and documents open without swapping.
