Questions about this item

Does this headset need a USB-C port on the computer to work?

Yes, the 767F9AA connects through a USB Type C plug and draws power and audio from that single port.

Will the Quick Disconnect cable survive daily unplugging if I keep my older QD lead?

The QD mechanism is tested to more than 30,000 cycles, so it is built for repeated connect and disconnect with existing QD cables.

How can I confirm the dynamic mute alert is active after I plug it in?

When you speak while the microphone is muted, the headset will verbally announce that you are muted so you know the feature is working.
