HP Poly Savi 7220 Stereo DECT Headset

The HP Poly Savi 7220 is a binaural stereo headset designed for office professionals who need wireless freedom during calls. It operates on the 1920-1930 MHz DECT band and delivers a wireless range of up to 394 ft from the base. The over-the-head design with supra-aural ear cups provides a secure fit for all-day wear. A flexible boom microphone with noise cancellation ensures clear voice transmission.

Wireless Integration and Fit for the Workplace

Electronic Hook Switch support allows remote call answering and ending with ring alerts while away from the desk. The adjustable universal headband accommodates different users without tools. DECT adaptive power management automatically adjusts output to maintain connection quality and conserve energy. This headset suits workers who move around the office but do not need Bluetooth or multi-device pairing.

Power Efficiency and Call Clarity

The DECT adaptive power system reduces transmit power when the headset is close to the base, lowering energy draw during typical use. Noise-cancelling microphone circuitry suppresses background sound without active noise cancellation on the earpieces. Supra-aural pads rest on the ears rather than enclosing them, which limits passive isolation in loud environments. Buyers needing active noise cancellation or Bluetooth connectivity should consider other models.
