Handset pack for Poly VVX 1500

This pack contains five replacement handsets designed for the Poly VVX 1500 VoIP phone. Each unit includes a coiled handset cord for immediate connection. The set suits offices that need spare or additional handsets for existing desk phones.

Lightweight handset with standard cord

The handset draws power directly from the host phone, so it adds no separate power draw or heat. Its simple wired design produces no fan noise or electronic hum during normal calls. The coiled cord keeps the desk tidy without extra cable management.

Durable build for daily office use

The handset is rated for continuous voice use throughout the working day without degradation. Materials resist wear from repeated pick-up and replacement on the cradle. Buyers who need wireless mobility or headset integration should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the handset cord to the Poly VVX 1500 and what step is often missed?

Plug the cord into the handset port on the VVX 1500 until it clicks; the step often missed is failing to press firmly so the latch engages fully.

What part will need replacement after extended daily use on the VVX 1500?

The coiled handset cord is the wear item; repeated stretching and twisting eventually causes internal wire fatigue.

What limit appears first when the handset is used continuously on long calls?

The cord length restricts how far you can move from the VVX 1500 base during extended conversations.
