Headset for Microsoft Teams calls

The Poly Blackwire 3325 is a wired on-ear headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It connects via USB Type C or a 3.5 mm jack and delivers stereo sound through binaural ear cups. The 32 Ohm impedance suits standard PC and mobile outputs. It targets professionals who need a simple, reliable headset for daily collaboration.

Plug-and-play connectivity frees up setup time

No drivers or batteries are required; the headset works immediately when plugged into a compatible USB or audio port. A seven-foot cable gives enough reach for desk or laptop use without adding clutter. The omni-directional microphone captures voice clearly while leaving the user’s hands free for typing or note-taking.

Replaces basic earbuds or mono headsets

Users moving up from single-ear pieces or consumer earbuds gain stereo audio and a certified Teams experience. The jump is worthwhile when consistent call quality, all-day comfort and a single cable for both PC and phone are priorities. It is not suited for buyers who want wireless freedom, active noise cancellation or a boom microphone with mute feedback.

Questions about this item

Does the 32 Ohm impedance limit how loud the headset gets during long calls?

The 32 Ohm rating is designed for typical USB or 3.5 mm sources and delivers clear conversation volume without distortion during extended use.

Will the headset get hot or make fan noise if worn all day?

The headset has no battery, no active electronics and no fan, so it stays at room temperature and is completely silent while worn.

What device ports do I need to plug the USB-C and 3.5 mm connectors into?

You need a host with a USB Type-C port or a standard 3.5 mm audio jack to use the headset.
