Single-ear UC headset for Teams users

The HP Legend 50-M UC headset is a mono Bluetooth device certified for Microsoft Teams. It connects wirelessly to Windows 11, macOS, Android and iOS devices using the included BT700 USB-C adapter. The single-ear design keeps one ear open to the surroundings while handling calls.

Charge case and adapters extend daily use

A pocket-sized charge case holds the headset and provides an additional 20 hours of talk time beyond the headset's own 10 hours. The box also includes a USB-C charging cable and a USB-C to USB-A adapter so the BT700 dongle can be used with either port type. WindSmart and NoiseBlockAI microphone processing are built into the headset firmware.

Check Bluetooth version and port availability

The headset uses Bluetooth 5.4; older hosts may fall back to an earlier version and lose some range or stability. Verify that your computer or phone has a free USB-C or USB-A port for the BT700 adapter. The mono earpiece is not designed for stereo music listening or dual-ear noise isolation.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to recharge the headset battery during a typical workday?

The headset provides up to 10 hours of talk time on a single charge; the charging case adds an extra 20 hours, giving up to 30 hours total before you need to plug the case in again.

What range limit will I hit first if I walk away from my laptop during a call?

Bluetooth 5.4 maintains a stable connection up to 30 m; beyond that distance the link will drop before battery or heat becomes an issue.

Does the headset get warm or noisy after wearing it for eight hours straight?

The single-ear design weighs only 0.045 lb and uses passive cooling with no fan, so it stays cool and silent during all-day use.
