HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553DN

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553DN is a colour laser printer built for office workgroups that need fast, duplex output. It prints up to 40 ppm in both black and colour at 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution. The bundle includes the printer and a full set of generic toner cartridges rated at 5000 pages each. Ethernet connectivity and a 4-line colour LCD panel are integrated for network management.

Small to mid-size teams needing reliable colour

This printer suits offices that produce high volumes of double-sided colour pages and want a single network device. It is not for users who require wireless or USB-only connectivity without Ethernet infrastructure. Buyers who need larger paper capacities or support for media beyond 8.5 x 14 in should consider other models. Environments without wired network drops will not be able to use the primary interface.

Ethernet RJ-45 network interface

The sole wired network port is Ethernet RJ-45, so the printer must connect to a switched network for shared access. USB 2.0 is also present for direct local printing if required. Without an available Ethernet drop the device cannot join the network as intended. Verify that your office cabling supports this connection before purchase.
