Business laptop for mobile professionals

The HP EliteBook 840 G5 pairs a 14.0 inch FHD display with an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.9 GHz. Sixteen GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD provide responsive multitasking and ample local storage. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for enterprise management features.

Thunderbolt 3 port limits to 40 Gbps bandwidth

A single USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3 port handles data, video and charging through one connector. Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports add legacy peripheral support at 5 Gbps each. Gigabit Ethernet and Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 cover wired and wireless networking. HDMI output drives one external display at up to 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Silver chassis tested for daily transport

The non-touch LED-backlit screen resists glare in office lighting while the integrated 720p webcam supports video calls. Aluminium-alloy construction meets MIL-STD durability targets without adding bulk. Spill-resistant keyboard and replaceable wear parts extend service life. Included charger and battery complete the mobile workstation kit.
