HP EliteBook 840 G6 J5-840G6B07 laptop i7-8665U 16GB 512GB 14.0" FHD

What this laptop is

The HP EliteBook 840 G6 is a refurbished business notebook with a 14.0 inch FHD non-touch display running at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed on a 512GB SSD and includes 16GB of system memory. The Intel Core i7-8665U quad-core processor with 8 MB L3 cache handles everyday office workloads and integrated Intel UHD Graphics shares system memory for video output.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm that Windows 10 Pro meets your software licensing and security requirements. The Grade B cosmetic condition means visible wear such as scratches or scuffs is present on the chassis. Integrated graphics use shared system memory, so the 16GB RAM allocation affects both system and video performance. No optical drive is fitted, so external media requires a USB adapter.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Suits professionals needing a portable 14 inch Windows 10 machine with quad-core performance and solid-state storage for document work and web apps. Buyers who want a touchscreen, discrete graphics, or a newer operating system should look elsewhere. The fixed 16GB memory and 512GB capacity limit users needing large local datasets or heavy multitasking headroom.
