HP EliteBook 840 G6 NE5-33464 laptop i7-8665U 16GB 500GB 14.0

Refurbished business laptop

The HP EliteBook 840 G6 is a refurbished business laptop supplied with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. It ships in Grade B cosmetic condition, meaning the chassis may show dents, chips or scuffs and the keyboard may be worn. The 14.0 inch FHD panel runs at 1920 x 1080 without touch input. This unit targets buyers who accept cosmetic wear for a lower outlay.

Grade B chassis implications

Dents, chips or scuffs on the body are expected and the keyboard may be shiny or worn down. Hairline scratches or scuffs on the screen are also noted. The non-touch display keeps the lid rigid for frequent open-close cycles. Buyers who need a pristine appearance or a touchscreen should look elsewhere.

Quad-core i7-8665U with 16 GB and 500 GB SSD

The Intel Core i7-8665U operates at 1.90 GHz with four cores and 8 MB L3 cache. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics uses shared system memory. Sixteen gigabytes of memory and a 500 GB SSD handle typical office workloads. Users who require discrete graphics or more storage capacity will need a different machine.
