Grade B condition defines the purchase

This unit is graded B, meaning it shows cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, shiny keys or shiny surfaces around the keyboard. Overly worn or damaged parts have been replaced. The screen may have a very minor blemish. Buyers who need a flawless, pristine chassis should look elsewhere.

Standard laptop setup applies

The package includes the laptop, charger and battery so it powers on immediately. No internal assembly is required. The non-touch screen and integrated Intel UHD Graphics rely on shared system memory. Users who need discrete graphics performance or a touchscreen will not find them here.

Questions about this item

How does the i7-10610U 1.8 GHz quad-core processor perform in daily workloads?

The 1.8 GHz base clock with four cores and eight threads handles office multitasking, web browsing and video calls smoothly; Turbo Boost raises frequency when thermal headroom allows.

What does the Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port actually support?

Each Thunderbolt 3 port delivers up to 40 Gbps for data, DisplayPort video output and power delivery, so you can drive two 4K displays or a fast external SSD from one socket.

Will the 14.0 inch chassis accept a second internal drive?

The laptop has a single M.2 slot occupied by the 2 TB NVMe SSD; there is no 2.5 inch bay or second M.2 socket, so internal storage cannot be expanded without replacing the existing drive.
