Business laptop for everyday workloads

The HP EliteBook 840 G8 is a 14.0 inch FHD notebook built for professionals who need a reliable Windows 11 Pro machine. Its Intel Core i5-1145G7 processor runs at 2.60 GHz and handles office suites, web browsing and video calls without strain. Integrated graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 panel at 60 Hz for clear text and smooth playback.

8 GB memory and 256 GB NVMe storage

Eight gigabytes of RAM keeps multiple browser tabs and productivity apps responsive during typical workdays. The 256 GB NVMe drive provides fast boot times and enough room for essential programs and active project files. Users working with large media libraries or virtual machines will find the capacity limiting and should plan for external storage.

Non-touch 14.0 inch FHD display at 60 Hz

The screen measures 14.0 inches diagonally with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a fixed 60 Hz refresh rate. It does not support touch input, so workflows that rely on pen or finger interaction are not suited to this model. Buyers needing touch capability or higher refresh rates should consider other devices.
