15.6" FHD Business Notebook

The HP EliteBook 850 G5 G6 is a 15.6 inch Full HD laptop built for professionals who need a reliable Windows 10 Pro machine. It runs on an 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. The system includes 8 GB of DDR4 memory in a dual-channel configuration and a 512 GB SSD for storage.

Suits Mobile Workers Not Heavy Creators

This notebook fits users who want a silver aluminum chassis with a numeric keypad, Thunderbolt-capable USB-C, HDMI 1.4b and Gigabit Ethernet for desk docking. Buyers who want more storage than 512 GB or more memory than 8 GB should look at a different configuration. The non-touch display and integrated graphics also rule out anyone needing discrete GPU power or pen input.

Quad-Core i7-8650U Decides Fit

The 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor is the specification that determines whether this unit matches the workload. It delivers four cores and eight threads with vPro manageability for fleet deployment. If the software stack requires higher multi-core throughput or a newer architecture, this processor will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Does the laptop come with a charger, or do I need to buy a power adapter separately?

An OEM AC adapter is included in the box, so no separate charger purchase is required.
