15.6″ FHD business laptop

The HP EliteBook 850 G5 G6 is a 15.6-inch Full HD notebook powered by an 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory in a dual-channel 16 GB x 2 configuration and a 128 GB SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed on the silver aluminium chassis.

Quad-core i7-8650U with integrated graphics

The single specification that decides fit is the Intel Core i7-8650U processor paired with Intel UHD Graphics 620. This combination handles office multitasking, video conferencing and light content creation. It is not suited for buyers who need discrete GPU performance for 3D rendering or modern gaming workloads.

Standard business notebook installation

Initial setup follows the typical Windows 10 Pro out-of-box experience with driver updates delivered through HP Support Assistant. The 128 GB SSD may require immediate storage management for users with large local file libraries. Docking connector and Thunderbolt USB-C simplify peripheral expansion for desk-based deployments.
