Convertible business laptop

The HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 is a 14 inch touchscreen device built for mobile professionals. Its 360 degree hinge supports laptop, tablet, tent and stand modes for flexible working. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed with a recovery image on the drive.

Cosmetic condition and ports

This unit is professionally reconditioned and rated fair cosmetically. Expect moderate scratches or scuffs on the bezel, casing, keyboard and trackpad. Expansion slot covers may be missing and the screen may show light scratches, up to two dead pixels or small bruises. Two USB ports provide basic peripheral connectivity.

Memory and storage limits

Sixteen gigabytes of RAM are installed with zero free slots, so the memory cannot be upgraded. The 256 GB SSD offers between 240 GB and 256 GB of usable capacity. Buyers who need more storage or user-replaceable memory should consider other options.
