Compact Business Desktop

The HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini is a new small-form-factor desktop built around a 10th-generation Intel Core i5-10500T hex-core processor running at 2.30 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB M.2 solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed with a recovery image on the drive. The unit includes integrated Wi-Fi and gigabit Ethernet for network connectivity.

Build Integration

The mini chassis saves desk space and requires only a power connection, display cable and USB peripherals to operate. No monitor, keyboard or mouse is supplied, so those must be sourced separately. The 512 GB SSD provides the boot volume and primary storage, freeing internal bays that larger towers would occupy. Wireless and wired networking are both available without extra cards.

Target User

This system suits office workers, remote employees and IT deployments that need a quiet, space-saving PC for productivity applications and web-based workflows. Buyers who want more storage capacity or discrete graphics performance for creative or engineering workloads should look at larger configurations. The compact design also limits internal upgrade options compared with full-size desktops.

Questions about this item

How does the i5-10500T processor handle sustained workloads in the Mini chassis?

The 6-core i5-10500T runs at a 2.30 GHz base frequency, so performance stays consistent within the Mini's thermal envelope during long sessions

What noise or heat should I expect when the EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini runs all day?

The compact design uses a single internal fan that spins up only when the i5-10500T and 16 GB DDR4 memory generate sustained load, staying quiet for typical business tasks

Which peripherals must I already own to start working with this desktop?

You need a display, keyboard and mouse because the EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini ships without a monitor, keyboard or mouse, only the main unit and power cord
