HP EliteOne 1000 G1 24" FHD Touch AiO

This 24-inch all-in-one desktop integrates a 1920 x 1080 touchscreen, a 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700 processor running at 3.60 GHz with Turbo up to 4.20 GHz, 8 GB DDR4 SODIMM memory and a 2.5-inch 1 TB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed, a pop-up privacy webcam, integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, plus a USB keyboard and mouse. The compact design suits office workers who need a tidy, touch-enabled workstation for video conferencing and daily productivity.

Installation and common issues

The unit arrives fully assembled; simply connect the power cord and press the power button to begin the Windows 11 Pro setup. Because the processor, memory and storage are built into the display housing, there are no internal cables to route or expansion cards to seat. The only frequent stumbling point is the initial Windows 11 Pro configuration, which requires an internet connection and a Microsoft account to complete regional settings, privacy options and driver updates for the integrated graphics, audio and Gigabit Ethernet.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that your workspace can accommodate a 24-inch screen with its stand and that a nearby mains socket is available for the external power adapter. Confirm that 8 GB of soldered DDR4 SODIMM memory meets your multitasking needs, as the form factor does not support user upgrades beyond the factory configuration. Ensure your network infrastructure provides Gigabit Ethernet or compatible Wi-Fi for the integrated wireless card, and check that any essential peripherals use USB interfaces, since legacy PS/2 or serial ports are not present.
