EliteOne 800 G4 23.8″ Touch AiO

This 23.8 inch FHD touchscreen all-in-one integrates the display, Intel i7-8700 six-core processor, 32 GB DDR4 memory and 512 GB SSD into a single chassis. It targets office professionals who need a compact, ready-to-run Windows 11 Pro workstation without separate tower and monitor cables.

Bundled keyboard, mouse, DVDRW and webcam

The included USB keyboard and mouse eliminate the need for separate peripheral purchases. A built-in DVDRW drive adds legacy media read-write capability, while the integrated webcam supports video calls without an external camera.

Installation and common issues

The unit ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, so initial setup follows the standard out-of-box experience. Because the design is sealed, memory or storage upgrades require disassembly and may void the supplier seal, limiting post-purchase changes.

Questions about this item

Does the 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM memory allow future upgrades beyond the installed capacity?

The system ships with 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM, which matches the maximum supported memory listed for this platform.

What component reaches its limit first during continuous heavy workloads on the i7-8700?

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 will saturate before the 6-core processor or 512 GB SSD under sustained graphical loads.

How loud does the cooling fan get when the all-in-one runs all day?

The thin chassis uses a single internal fan; under constant load the fan speed rises to an audible but office-tolerable level.
