Who benefits and who should look elsewhere

Offices that regularly print large batches on the supported models will appreciate fewer reloads. Buyers who need more storage than 250 sheets or who own a different printer series should look at other accessories.

Deciding specification: 250-sheet capacity

The tray holds 250 sheets, which determines how many pages can be loaded before a refill is required. Match this capacity to your typical print volume to decide if the accessory meets your workflow.
