HP LaserJet CP4020 CP4025N colour laser printer

The HP LaserJet CP4020 CP4025N is a desktop colour laser printer built for office workgroups that need consistent output on plain paper. It prints at 35 ppm in both mono and colour at 1200 x 1200 dpi. Standard input capacity is 600 sheets. Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet and USB.

Sustained workload behaviour

Manual duplex printing means the operator must reload pages for two-sided jobs, which slows long runs compared with automatic duplex units. The 600-sheet tray reduces reload frequency during high-volume sessions. Gigabit Ethernet keeps network queues short when multiple users send print jobs simultaneously.
