The bundle suits offices needing high-volume black-and-white output with duplex capability. Ethernet connectivity integrates the unit into a wired network environment.

Installation and common issues

Connect the printer via Ethernet RJ-45 or USB 2.0 ports. A 2.7 inch LCD with keypad guides initial network configuration. Rollers, separation pads, transfer roller, fuser film and pressure roller have been replaced to minimise paper jams. Cosmetic discoloration may be present on the exterior casing.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that your network infrastructure provides an available Ethernet port for the RJ-45 connection. Ensure paper sizes fall within the 3 x 5 in minimum and 8.5 x 14 in maximum print range. The 100-sheet multipurpose tray and 550-sheet feeder combine for a 650-sheet total input capacity. Confirm the depot warranty terms meet your support requirements.
