This printer suits teams that need reliable colour documents with automatic two-sided printing and wired network integration. The included toner set supports up to 4000 black pages and 2600 pages per colour cartridge. Buyers who require wireless printing or higher paper capacity should consider other models.

Deciding specification: Ethernet connectivity

The sole network interface is a Fast Ethernet 10/100Base-TX port for wired LAN connection. No Wi-Fi or USB networking is mentioned in the supplied data. Confirm that your infrastructure provides a wired Ethernet drop before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What paper size must I already have to use the 300-sheet input tray?

The tray holds up to 300 sheets of standard A4 or Letter paper, so you need a ream of that size ready before you print.

Will my existing 10/100 Ethernet switch handle the printer's network port?

Yes, the Fast Ethernet 10/100Base-TX port works with any 10/100 switch or router you already own.

How can I confirm the 600 x 600 dpi output is working after setup?

Print the built-in configuration page; it lists the current resolution setting and shows a test pattern at 600 x 600 dpi.
