Questions about this item

Does the 6-cell 11.1V battery fit the HP Pavilion G6-1010SA without a caddy?

Yes, the 6-cell pack matches the original MU06/MU09 form factor and slides directly into the battery bay on the G6-1010SA with no extra bracket required.

What is the common mistake when installing this 5200mAh Li-ion pack?

Users often forget to fully seat the locking latch until it clicks; if the latch is not engaged the battery will not charge and may disconnect during use.

When should I replace the 58Wh battery in my HP Presario CQ42?

Replace it when run time drops below roughly half of the original 58Wh capacity or when the OS reports a permanent capacity loss after a full charge cycle.
