Six-line VoIP desktop phone

The HP Poly OBI VVX 350 is a corded VoIP desk phone built for professionals who handle multiple calls each day. It delivers six programmable line keys and a 3.5 inch colour LCD display at 320 by 240 pixels. Two RJ45 ports with PoE support provide network connectivity and power over a single cable. A USB port allows optional accessories such as a Wi-Fi adapter.

Suited to cloud VoIP users; not for analogue lines

This model targets high-volume users of Google Voice and selected cloud VoIP platforms who need reliable, zero-touch provisioning. Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Fence technology reduce background noise in open offices, home offices or call centres. It is not suitable for environments that require traditional analogue PSTN connectivity or DECT wireless handsets.

320 by 240 pixel colour display

The 3.5 inch screen with a 320 by 240 pixel resolution is the specification that determines whether the phone fits the workspace and readability needs. It supports six line keys and on-screen menus for call handling, directory access and configuration. Buyers who need a larger touchscreen or higher pixel density should evaluate other models.

Questions about this item

Will the VVX 350 work with my existing analogue headset that uses an RJ9 plug?

Yes, the phone includes an RJ9 port for corded headsets alongside USB and EHS options.

How can I verify the 3.5 inch 320x240 display is calibrated correctly after installation?

The colour LCD shows six line keys and call status; if all keys light and text is sharp at 320x240 the panel is functioning.

Does the box contain a power adapter or must I buy one separately for non-PoE use?

The phone is PoE-enabled; a separate power adapter is not included and must be purchased if your switch does not supply PoE.
