Modern Office Headset

The HP Poly Savi 8420 is a stereo wireless headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It connects to a computer, desk phone and mobile phone through a universal base. The binaural design covers both ears for focused calls in busy environments. Office professionals who need one headset across three devices will find it practical.

Noise Control and Build

A noise-cancelling microphone with Acoustic Fence technology limits nearby conversations so only your voice is heard. SoundGuard technology provides hearing protection against sudden loud sounds. On-ear controls include a mute button, a dedicated Teams button and voice prompts for call status. The DECT 6.0 link reaches 590.6 ft from the base for freedom to roam.

DECT Band Limits

The headset operates in the 1920-1930 MHz DECT band reserved for voice, avoiding Wi-Fi and Bluetooth congestion. Wideband audio spans 20 Hz to 20 kHz for natural speech reproduction. Talk time reaches 13 hours on a single charge, so a full day of calls is possible without recharging. Conference mode supports up to 4 headsets on one base for small group calls.
