HP ProBook 450 G9 laptop

This 15.6 inch laptop runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5 12th Gen processor with a minimum 1.30GHz speed. It comes with 16GB memory and a 1TB SSD. The Full HD LED backlit screen shows 1920 x 1080 resolution without touch input. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics handles the display output.

Capacity and headroom

The 1TB solid state drive stores the operating system, applications and large project files with room to spare for most office workflows. Sixteen gigabytes of installed memory keeps multiple browser tabs, documents and video calls responsive. Two memory slots exist inside the chassis if more capacity is needed later. Integrated graphics shares system memory, so heavy 3D rendering or modern gaming will hit limits quickly.

Thermals noise and power

The slim 15.6 inch body relies on internal fans to move heat away from the processor during sustained loads. Typical office tasks keep the system quiet and surface temperatures comfortable. Demanding workloads spin the fans higher and warm the keyboard deck noticeably. Battery life varies with screen brightness and workload intensity.
