HP ProBook 450 G9 14-inch FHD laptop

The HP ProBook 450 G9 is a 14-inch laptop with a 1920 x 1080 non-touch display. It runs on a 10-core Intel Core i5-1235U processor reaching 4.4 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 8GB of memory and a 128GB SSD with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. Integrated graphics handle the visual output.

Installing memory or storage requires opening

Adding RAM or a larger drive means removing the base cover, which uses small screws that strip easily. The integrated graphics cannot be upgraded later. The 128GB drive fills quickly with modern applications, so plan for external storage or a drive swap soon after purchase. Internal antenna cables are fragile when disconnecting the wireless card.

Check your workflow against the 8GB RAM

Buyers who run virtual machines, large datasets or video timelines will hit the memory ceiling immediately. The integrated graphics cannot drive external 4K displays at high refresh rates. Users needing discrete GPU performance for CAD or rendering should look elsewhere. The 802.11ac wireless may limit throughput on newer 6 GHz networks.
