Ready-to-work ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14.0-inch Full HD touchscreen laptop powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor running at 1.70 GHz up to 3.60 GHz. It ships with 24 GB of DDR4 memory, a 1 TB SSD and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Verify power and peripherals

Confirm the included OEM AC adapter matches your local mains voltage and plug type before first use. Check that any external displays you plan to connect support HDMI or DisplayPort via the USB Type-C ports, and ensure existing USB 3.1 Gen1 accessories are compatible with the two Type-A sockets provided.

Dock-ready mobile workstation

Dual USB Type-C ports deliver Power Delivery, DisplayPort and data transfer, allowing a single-cable dock to drive external monitors and charge the system simultaneously. The Always On USB 3.1 Gen1 port charges phones or accessories while the laptop sleeps, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles everyday productivity without a discrete GPU.

Questions about this item

Does the package include the laptop, charger and operating system, or do I need to buy any of those separately?

The box contains the ThinkPad T480s, an OEM AC adapter and Windows 11 Pro already installed.

Should I pick the 24 GB DDR4 RAM with 1 TB SSD or one of the smaller 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB SSD options?

The 24 GB DDR4 and 1 TB SSD combination gives the most headroom for multitasking and large files; the smaller SSD sizes suit lighter workloads.

What does the i5-8350U quad-core running up to 3.60 GHz mean for everyday performance?

Four cores and eight threads at up to 3.60 GHz handle office apps, web browsing and video calls smoothly, while Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 14" 1920 x 1080 touchscreen.
