HP ProDesk 600 G2 Tiny desktop

The HP ProDesk 600 G2 Tiny is a compact business desktop built around an Intel Core i5-6500T processor. It targets office users who need a small, quiet system for everyday productivity tasks. The 16GB DDR4 memory and 1TB SSD provide a responsive Windows 10 Pro environment out of the box. It suits deployments where desk space is limited and maintenance must be simple.

16GB DDR4 and 1TB SSD capacity

The installed 16GB DDR4 handles typical multitasking with multiple browser tabs, office suites and line-of-business applications. Memory can be expanded to 32GB when workloads grow beyond the current configuration. The 1TB SSD offers fast boot times and ample room for documents, local databases and cached files. Very large media libraries or virtual machine clusters will eventually exceed the available storage headroom.

Bundled wired keyboard and mouse

A new wired keyboard and mouse are included so the system is ready for immediate use without extra purchases. The BTO Wi-Fi adapter adds wireless connectivity alongside the wired Ethernet port. DisplayPort outputs support 4K displays for sharp text and multi-monitor setups. No monitor, additional cables or specialised software are supplied in the package.

Questions about this item

Will my existing DisplayPort monitor work with the Intel HD Graphics 530 on this ProDesk 600 G2 Tiny?

Yes, the DisplayPort outputs on this unit support 4K resolution with the integrated Intel HD Graphics 530, so your current DisplayPort monitor will connect directly.

How can I verify the Intel Core i5-6500T is reaching its 3.10 GHz turbo speed under load?

Open Task Manager in Windows 10 Pro, select the Performance tab, and watch the CPU frequency climb toward 3.10 GHz when you run a demanding task.

Do I need to buy a separate Wi-Fi adapter or are the keyboard and mouse already included?

The box includes a wired USB keyboard and a wired USB mouse; a BTO Wi-Fi adapter is already installed inside the Tiny chassis.
