400 W redundant server power supply compatible with ProLiant DL380 Gen2 and Gen3 systems
This HP PS-3381-1C1 is a 400 W redundant power supply designed for HP ProLiant DL380 Gen2 and Gen3 servers. It accepts 100–240 V input at 50–60 Hz and delivers 400 W output for continuous operation. The unit fits the ESP113 series form factor used in those rackmount systems.
It matches part numbers 194989-002 and 313299-001, so it fits administrators replacing a failed unit in a compatible DL380 chassis. Builders working with different server models, newer ProLiant generations, or non-HP platforms should look elsewhere because the mechanical and electrical interface will not match.
The single specification that determines compatibility is the 400 W redundant output rating combined with the ESP113 series form factor. If the original server requires that exact wattage and form factor, this supply will work; otherwise it will not install or power the system correctly.

Match the part number 194989-002 or 313299-001 against your original PSU label; this supply is listed for ProLiant DL380 Gen2 and Gen3 systems.
It provides up to 400 watts of continuous power to the DL380 G3 backplane, supporting the CPU, memory, and drive cages within that chassis limit.
The unit auto-ranges from 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz, drawing 8 amps at the low end and 4 amps at the high end.
