Instant Photo Booth Printer

The HP Sprocket Photo Booth Machine is a compact instant colour photo printer designed for events and gatherings. It uses Zink zero-ink technology to produce adhesive-backed prints without cartridges. A 10.1 inch LCD touch screen provides a live preview with frames and filters. The bundle includes 100 sheets of Zink paper plus party accessories such as hats, glasses and backdrop curtains.

Upgrade from Handheld Printers

This unit replaces smaller handheld photo printers when higher capacity and built-in lighting are needed. The integrated flash and LED ring light improve portrait quality in low-light venues. The touch screen allows guests to select layouts and apply filters directly on the device. The jump is worth it for event planners who want a self-service station that manages print limits and sharing permissions without a separate computer.

Check Power and Mounting Space

Verify that a standard mains outlet is available near the planned location, as the unit requires continuous power during events. Confirm the mounting surface or tripod can support 7.3 lb and accommodate the 2.0 by 14.0 by 21.0 inch footprint. Ensure the 20-sheet paper capacity aligns with expected guest volume before ordering additional Zink paper packs.

Questions about this item

What surface area does the 2.0 in x 14.0 in x 21.0 in booth need to sit on a tabletop?

The unit measures 14.0 inches wide by 21.0 inches deep, so allow at least that footprint plus space for the 10.1 inch touch screen to tilt.

How do I load the Zink paper correctly so the prints come out right?

Open the paper compartment, place the 100-sheet pack with the glossy side facing up and the blue calibration sheet at the bottom, then close the door until it clicks.

When do I need to buy more adhesive-backed photo paper for this printer?

The internal tray holds 20 sheets at a time; the bundle includes 100 sheets total, so plan to reorder when the supply runs low.
