15.6" FHD 144Hz Ryzen 5 gaming laptop

This HP Victus laptop delivers a 15.6 inch Full HD IPS display running at 144 Hz. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor paired with 32 GB of DDR5 4800 memory. A 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD provides the primary storage. The system ships with Windows 11 Home in a black chassis.

Suits 1080p gaming; not for 4K

The AMD Radeon RX 6550M with 4 GB GDDR6 handles mainstream titles at 1080p resolution. The 32 GB DDR5 configuration supports multitasking and modern workloads. Buyers who need higher frame rates at 1440p or 4K, or who require more than 512 GB of fast storage without upgrading, should consider other options.

Radeon RX 6550M 4 GB GDDR6 graphics

The discrete GPU provides 4 GB of GDDR6 video memory and connects to the 144 Hz panel via HDMI 1.4 for external displays. This specification determines whether the laptop meets the graphical performance needed for the buyer's preferred games and applications.

Questions about this item

Does the HP Victus 15.6 FHD 144Hz laptop include the power adapter or must it be bought separately?

The laptop ships with its 3-cell lithium-ion polymer battery installed and the matching AC power adapter in the box; no separate purchase is required.

Should I choose the 32 GB DDR5 4800 configuration or plan to upgrade to the 64 GB maximum later?

The unit already has 32 GB DDR5 4800 installed and supports up to 64 GB, so you can start gaming now and add another module only if workloads demand it.

How does the 144 Hz 1920 x 1080 IPS panel perform in fast-paced games with the Radeon RX 6550M 4 GB GDDR6?

The 144 Hz refresh rate matches high frame rates from the RX 6550M, giving smooth motion on the 15.6 inch FHD IPS display in competitive titles.
