Built for 1080p gaming

This HP Victus laptop pairs a 13th Gen Intel 8-core i5-13420H processor with a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB GPU. The 15.6" FHD IPS display runs at 144Hz with anti-glare coating. It targets players who want smooth frame rates in competitive titles and modern AAA games at high settings.

32GB DDR4 and 1TB SSD headroom

Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4 memory handles multitasking, streaming, and memory-hungry games without paging. The 1TB SSD holds a large library and loads levels quickly. Heavy creative workloads or future titles may eventually push the 6GB VRAM limit, requiring texture-quality adjustments.

HDMI 2.1 and USB-C 3.2 expand the desk

One HDMI 2.1 port drives an external high-refresh monitor, while USB-C 3.2 adds docking or storage bandwidth. Two USB-A 3.2 ports, RJ-45 Ethernet, and a multi-format SD reader cover peripherals and wired networking. The 70Wh battery with HP Fast Charge supports mobile sessions between outlets.

Questions about this item

Can I connect my older 1080p monitor to the HDMI 2.1 port on this laptop?

How do I confirm the RTX 4050 is running at full speed after I set it up?

Open Task Manager, go to the Performance tab, select GPU 0 and verify it shows GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB dedicated memory and driver version listed.
